About Our Company

Complete Residential Care was founded to provide a variety of supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. At Complete Residential Care, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for adults with intellectual disabilities (ID) through comprehensive and compassionate individualized services. Founded on the principles of respect, inclusion, and empowerment, we strive to create a supportive environment where everyone can thrive and achieve their fullest potential. We offer in-home and community supports, community integration, companion care, respite care, homemaker/chore, behavioral supports, and supportive employment. Complete Residential Care will expand services in the future to meet residential needs.

Kieraah Marlow

Kieraah Marlow is a native of Coatesville, Pa where she graduated from Coatesville High School.  As a life-long athlete, she was a four-year varsity basketball player which propelled her to the Division I collegiate level at Georgetown University. Kieraah graduated from Georgetown University with a bachelor’s degree in 2008 where she majored in Sociology and minored in Theology.

 

Kieraah’s commitment to academics and sports excelled her further after graduation into a professional basketball career overseas.  While traveling from different countries in her career, her interest in Social Work began to blossom, and her learning of various cultures around the world sparked her interest in populations and relationships.

 

Since then, she has continued her education at Widener University, and earned a master’s degree in social work (MSW) and became a licensed behavioral specialist. Kieraah has experience as a direct support staff, program specialist with the ID population, program supervisor for residential services, program supervisor for survivors of domestic violence, mental health professional, and behavioral specialist for children.

 

Kieraah most recently earned her CESP (certified employment support professional) where she will help individuals with ID seek competitive emploment. Kieraah has been in the social work field for more than 10 years and plans to evolve, and enhance tools, resources, and services within the field.
